We've been hard at work enhancing your Willa experience! Here's a quick look at what's new for you this week:

In the app

Global launch!

The Willa app is now finally available outside the US as well. Get it now from your local App Store or Google Play Store.

Improved navigation

We've revamped our app to make it easier for you! Now, your AI services page is your home page, and the deal feed has its own tab for quicker access. We also created a Wallet page to give you a one-stop-shop for all financial info. You can find your settings and profile by clicking your round logo on any page.

Simplified Invoice Cancellation

We've streamlined the process of cancelling an invoice. You can now cancel without having to tell us why, and you can even choose not to notify your client. This saves you time and keeps you in control.

🫳 Gratuity Fee Changes

From now on, your clients will cover the gratuity fee for online bank payments. This means less overhead for you and more money in your pocket.

Improved Stripe Payout Notifications

We've made it easier for you to know when a Stripe payout to you has failed. This means you'll be informed faster and can act immediately.

Nasty contacts load bug eradicated

Last week some of you may have felt like you were waiting forever for contacts to load on your saved companies. No more! We found the reason, squashed the and shipped the fix!

Fundraising Hack

We've created a "Fundraising Mode" in Match. Now startups can use Match to find leads for fundraising. This new feature gives you another way to leverage our platform for your financial success. To access it, open your profile, Click Reset Profile, and then select Startup instead of Freelancer. You'll go through a separate set of questions. You will not loose your saved companies.

Tons more Contacts

When you find a company you like in Match, we're now using additional third parties to help find the right person for you to contact. We've increased the chances of you making a valuable connection.

Improved Email Address Options

When we don’t have the email of the contact person, we can make an educated guess based on common email patterns. This ensures you're never left without a way to reach out to potential leads.

Fairer Heart Charge Policy

If you've liked a company but we can’t find any contacts there, we'll give your heart back and let you know that no contacts could be found. This guarantees you always get value for your hearts.
